<p>Frontline IT support responsible for resolving common technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of workplace technologies, and delivering high-quality service to end users.</p> <p>Your tasks</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>First point of contact for IT incidents & requests. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, network, and access issues. </li><li>Support Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and identity services (Entra ID/Azure AD). </li><li>Provide endpoint support (Windows/Android), including Intune-managed devices. </li><li>Support Bar Code Solutions (various Printers / Scanners) </li><li>User account management, MFA assistance, and user onboarding. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation, tickets, and knowledge base entries. </li><li>Monitor system health dashboards and escalate issues when required. </li><li>Maintain IT asset records and support hardware lifecycle tasks. </li><li>Participate in extended Service Desk coverage and follow-the-sun operations. </li><li>Continuously learn emerging tools, cloud technologies, and IT best practices. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Business-level English proficiency. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience. </li><li>Willingness to occasionally travel. </li></ul> <p>Technical Experience (Minimum 5 Years)</p> <ul> <li>IT helps desk/ticket handling in a production environment. </li><li>Microsoft 365 & modern workplace support. </li><li>Basic networking: IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP, VPN. </li><li>Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory (user & group management) </li><li>Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.) and remote support tools. </li><li>Foundational endpoint management know-how (Intune preferred) </li></ul> <p>Your profile</p>
