<p>Crane Operator/Truck Loader - 3rd Shift</p> <p>Metals USA is currently looking for a Crane Operator/Truck Loader - 3rd shift for our Muskogee, OK location. The Crane Operator/Truck Loader performs production activities requiring a demonstrated high level of skill and proficiency in material handling.</p> <p>Hourly Rate: $18 and $3 shift differential</p> <ul> <li>Operates overhead crane and forklift to move metal parts and pieces to processing or truck for delivery </li><li>Uses gauges, calipers, squares or rulers for measurement </li><li>Coordinates and executes material handling to be processed including operation of overhead crane </li><li>Completes work order paperwork/documentation </li><li>Restocks material </li><li>Must be able to learn Metals USA heat number system </li><li>May mark material after processing; store material for additional processing and/or shipping </li><li>Stacks, bands and palletizes finished products for shipment to customers </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned or requested </li></ul> <p>Metals USA offers a competitive starting salary and benefits plus upward mobility professional growth.</p> <p>Metals USA provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status or disability.</p> <p>Metals USA is committed to protecting our employees by creating and maintaining a workplace free of substance abuse.</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Basic math skills </li><li>Fluent in English </li><li>Ability to read tape measure and calipers </li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs with assistance </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Experience with forklift, overhead crane, and yard trucks preferred </li><li>Final candidate must pass background/drug screening </li></ul>
