This includes on-premises data centers and multiple public cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, and Google Cloud). The role leads a team of highly skilled professionals and partners closely with internal IT Infrastructure, IT Application and Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations teams, managed service providers, and global headquarters in Korea to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure services that support business objectives.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ol> <li>Leadership & Strategy: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team with direct reports across cloud architecture, infrastructure architecture, database administration, network engineering, and disaster recovery. </li><li>Develop and execute strategic plans for hybrid cloud adoption, data center modernization, and infrastructure lifecycle management. </li><li>Collaborate with the Director of Infrastructure & Platform Engineering to align infrastructure initiatives within the enterprise IT strategy. </li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Cloud & Data Center Management: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Oversee operations across a hybrid hosting environment including: </li><li>On-premises data centers </li><li>Amazon Web Services (AWS) </li><li>Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) </li><li>Microsoft Azure </li><li>Google Cloud Platform (GCP) </li><li>Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure platforms. </li><li>Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and cloud service providers. </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Architecture & Engineering: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Collaborate with architects to define and enforce infrastructure standards and best practices. </li><li>Ensure infrastructure designs meet security, compliance, and operational requirements. </li><li>Drive adoption of automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Ansible and Red Hat Satellite. </li><li>Establish and maintain the data center architecture up to date and drive any project related to hosting migrations (on-premise and cloud). </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Database Architecture & Administration: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Oversee the design, deployment, and performance tuning of enterprise databases including Oracle, Amazon Redshift, PostgreSQL and others. </li><li>Ensure database availability, scalability, backup/recovery, and compliance with data governance policies. </li><li>Collaborate with application and analytics teams to optimize data architecture for business intelligence and operational efficiency. </li></ul> <ol start="5"> <li>Network Engineering & Operations: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Manage the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco networking and Palo Alto firewalls. </li><li>Ensure secure, high-performance connectivity across data centers, cloud environments, and remote offices. </li><li>Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to maintain uptime and security. </li></ul> <ol start="6"> <li>Disaster Recovery Planning & Execution: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of comprehensive disaster recovery (DR) strategies across all infrastructure layers. </li><li>Coordinate regular DR testing and validation to ensure readiness and compliance with business continuity requirements. </li><li>Partner with business units and global teams to align DR plans with enterprise risk management and recovery objectives. </li></ul> <ol start="7"> <li>Collaboration & Global Engagement: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Partner with IT Application, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and secure infrastructure. </li><li>Act as a key liaison with headquarters in Korea to align global infrastructure strategies and standards. </li><li>Manage and coordinate with Managed Service Providers to ensure service quality and performance. </li></ul> <ol start="8"> <li>IT Infrastructure Operations & Stability: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Ensure the reliability, performance, and stability of all infrastructure systems across cloud and on-prem environments. </li><li>Oversee day-to-day operations including system monitoring, patching, upgrades, and incident management. </li><li>Implement and maintain operational standards, runbooks, and automation to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. </li><li>Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve infrastructure issues and prevent recurrence. </li><li>Monitor and report on infrastructure health, capacity, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders. </li></ul> <ol start="9"> <li>Documentation and Reporting: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to IT Infrastructure Cloud and Data Center guidelines. </li><li>Reporting: Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and business, mentoring and guiding team members, monitoring and measuring KPIs. </li><li>Metrics: Develop and track metrics to measure IT Infrastructure usage, security effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure with a deep understanding of hybrid infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, and enterprise IT operations. </li><li>Minimum 3 years in a leadership role. </li><li>Proven experience managing hybrid cloud and data center environments. </li><li>Experience working with global teams and managing vendor relationships. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field </li><li>Master's degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of hybrid infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, and enterprise IT operations. </li><li>Deep expertise in Windows Server Administration and Architecture, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and server roles. </li><li>Strong experience with Linux RedHat Server environments, including system configuration, patching, and performance tuning. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and virtual networking. </li><li>Solid understanding of enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS), including provisioning, performance optimization, and lifecycle management. </li><li>Hands-on experience with backup and recovery solutions, such as Veeam, Commvault, or similar platforms. </li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational stability and performance. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. </li><li>Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies is a plus. </li><li>Leadership & Soft Skills: </li><li>Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams. </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with
