<p>Job Title: Senior Industrial Hygiene Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Senior Industrial Hygiene Technician will be responsible for inspection and on-site monitoring for asbestos, mold, lead paint, and indoor air quality. This role requires conducting detailed surveys and performing air monitoring and contractor oversight during asbestos abatement projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct detailed surveys for asbestos, lead-based paint, right to know, and mold. </li><li>Perform air monitoring and contractor oversight during asbestos abatement projects. </li><li>Maintain, operate, and calibrate a variety of sampling and monitoring equipment. </li><li>Write technical reports and interpret analytical data. </li><li>Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and respond to emergencies. </li><li>Work on assignments of varying complexity under the direction of a project manager. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Industrial hygiene </li><li>OSHA standards </li><li>Indoor air quality assessment </li><li>Asbestos and abatement expertise </li><li>Environmental health and safety </li><li>Inspection and hazardous material handling </li><li>Air quality and monitoring </li><li>Technical report writing </li><li>At least 4 years of relative industrial hygiene and field experience </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Asbestos, Lead Paint, and IAQ certifications preferred. </li><li>Current EPA/AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector accreditation preferred. </li><li>Lead licenses preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of general building mechanical systems and construction. </li><li>High School or Mechanical/Trade School Diploma required. </li><li>Associate or B.S. in Environmental Science preferred. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Independent thinking and self-motivation are essential. </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening and physical. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position offers a hybrid work environment, with time split between on-site fieldwork and office tasks in Moorestown.
