<p>Chunchula, AL | STRUCTURAL FITTER</p> <p>G.A. West & Co. has openings for Experienced Structural Fitter Journeyman in Chunchula, AL. These are long-term, full-time roles. Details below:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to read blueprints, section and plan drawings and weld symbols </li><li>Must be able to read and derive measurements, dimensions, and quantity of material needed to fabricate a structure </li><li>Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel products such as beams, braces, pipes and plates </li><li>Use come-a-longs, chain falls, and other industry tools and equipment </li><li>Install, use, and remove stop plates, dogs and pad eyes </li><li>Expected to climb and work in high places and in confined spaces </li><li>Must be capable of using power tools properly and safely </li><li>Fabrication experience is a plus </li><li>Must be familiar with OSHA rules and regulations </li><li>Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screening </li></ul> <p>G.A.
