This role focuses on installation, service, troubleshooting, and project oversight of electronic safety and security systems in commercial environments.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Install, program, test, service, and certify electronic low voltage systems including:</p> </li><li> <p>CCTV systems (IP/analog)</p> </li><li> <p>Access control systems</p> </li><li> <p>Security alarm systems</p> </li><li> <p>Intercom, voice/data, nurse call, and sound systems</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot system issues and perform maintenance to ensure peak performance</p> </li><li> <p>Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate tools, materials, and site safety for assigned projects</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate documentation and system logs</p> </li><li> <p>Interface with customers and general contractors to ensure satisfaction and timely project delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Train and mentor junior technicians as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years of hands-on low voltage installation/service experience</p> </li><li> <p>NICET Level I certification or ability to obtain</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with access control hardware/software, CCTV/IP video, and security panel programming</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable with system programming tools and computer-based configuration</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a crew</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Certifications (a plus but not required)</p> <ul> <li> <p>NICET Level II or higher</p> </li><li> <p>EST3 / EST IO64 / IO1000 / Firelite ES-50X</p> </li><li> <p>OSHA 30, BICSI Installer 2, Panduit, Hubbell, Lenel, Genetec</p> </li></ul> <p>Perks & Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with company match</p> </li><li> <p>10 Paid Holidays + PTO</p> </li><li> <p>Tuition & NICET Test Reimbursement</p> </li><li> <p>$2,000 Employee Referral Bonus</p> </li><li> <p>Annual Boot Reimbursement</p> </li><li> <p>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</p> </li></ul> <p>Eagle Fire Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>
