<p>Overview The AFH (Away From Home) Foods Strategy Lead will be responsible for defining and executing PepsiCo's global Foods strategy within the AFH channel. This leader will partner closely with the Global Customer Team, Food Ventures, and Global Categories to scale the Positive Foods vision, driving sustainable growth, brand elevation, and customer co-creation across top global foodservice customers. Responsibilities Define and own the AFH Foods strategy at the subchannel level. Translate strategy into actionable frameworks and playbooks for global and regional teams. Partner with the Business Models & D2C Food Ventures Lead to shape the right portfolio propositions for AFH. Lead co-creation initiatives with top 10 global customers' chefs to develop innovative back-of-house and front-of-house solutions. Collaborate with Global Categories to ensure consumer insights inform portfolio and marketing investment decisions. Champion the Positive Foods vision through compelling brand experiences tailored to AFH consumption moments. Drive strategic JBPs and customer co-creation to unlock growth and elevate brand equity. Lead the AFH Foods AM community to ensure consistent deployment of strategy across markets. Develop and disseminate best-in-class playbooks and toolkits to support local execution. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in strategy, commercial leadership, or foodservice roles. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving global initiatives. Deep understanding of the AFH channel, including customer dynamics and operational models.
