The main focus is to help First Supply's customers by providing best in class customer service while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Make regular sales calls to determine client needs </li><li>Assist clients with special requests and problems (supply information, resolve complains) </li><li>Prepare and present special quotations </li><li>Establish new accounts </li><li>Identify and develop new sales opportunities </li><li>Gather competitive information </li><li>Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction </li><li>Attend sales and product review meetings </li><li>Keep records as required </li><li>Stay abreast of product developments, changes in local codes and consumer preferences </li><li>Participate in trade association functions, local business community affairs, etc </li><li>Training duties as needed </li><li>Other duties/responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of related experience in trade field </li><li>Knowledge of plumbing and heating products preferred </li><li>Computer knowledge and skills with the ability to learn First Supply LLC's business system </li><li>Effective social and negotiation skills </li><li>Ability to travel extensively within a local territory </li><li>Valid driver's license and a driving record which meets underwriting standards </li></ul> <p>About First Supply</p> <p>First Supply is a leading main channel wholesale distributor, providing industrial customers and building contractors with an extensive line of products and services.
