We are looking for individuals who are ready to join our mission-driven team and make a difference.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Client Services Administrator(CSA) serves as an integral support to the entire Client Services team, while also engaging with clients, volunteers, donors, and staff in other departments. This position requires the ability to work efficiently and independently, while providing excellent customer service to various stakeholders. We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Duties and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:</p> <p>Client Programming: Job Readiness Training</p> <ul> <li>Promote and explain Chrysalis services accurately to visitors and callers. </li><li>Facilitate new client orientation and job preparation classes. </li><li>Conduct 1-on-1 job readiness activities with clients, including resume building, practice interviews, job applications, computer tutorials, cover letters, reference lists, job search guidance, etc. </li><li>Document and track each service, the outcome and next steps, as well as any observations of clients' skills, job readiness, and/or growth opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Customer Service</p> <ul> <li>Provide welcoming environment and information to clients, volunteers and guests entering facility, covering front desk as needed. </li><li>Maintain and replenish documents and forms, including paperwork for new clients, classroom forms, job leads and community resource flyers in lobby. </li><li>Create and send out weekly updates regarding resources and upcoming events to clients. </li><li>Create, update, and translate flyers and materials for Chrysalis events. </li><li>Provide support for client and community events. </li></ul> <p>Support & Administration</p> <ul> <li>Review client reports and support Employment Specialists with outreach and follow-up. </li><li>Place orders for, obtain, monitor inventory of, and distribute office supplies, client lunches, and resource room items. </li><li>Consistently communicate issues and information regarding clients to Employment Specialists, and case note in Salesforce. </li><li>Maintain organization of office, including kitchen, cabinets, storage areas, and classrooms. </li><li>Support a variety of staff in completing administrative responsibilities, such as filing, contacting clients, and returning messages. </li></ul> <p>Job Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Passion for the Chrysalis mission. Sensitivity and understanding of various cultures and lifestyles. </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong phone etiquette required. </li><li>Ability to present to groups of individuals. </li><li>Proficiency in online research, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs required. Must be willing to learn other applications as needed. </li><li>Experience working in social services and/or in customer service preferred. </li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. </li><li>Strong organizational skills, including effective time management and the ability to work and make decisions independently. </li><li>Required computer skills including but not limited to: MS Office suite, Internet. </li><li>Strong data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately yet maintain flexibility. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment </li><li>Self-starter with "can do" attitude and initiative </li><li>Willingness to work flexible schedule depending on needs </li><li>Willingness to travel to meetings and to meet with clients as necessary (travel reimbursed) </li></ul> <p>This is an exciting position in a fast-paced organization.
