Put materials away in their designated location. Assist with receiving when needed.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Enter incoming material into the system. </li><li>Label and move incoming materials to their designated locations. </li><li>Unload inbound semi-trucks and stage for receiving. </li><li>Load and have driver sign all BOL's for shipments. File paperwork in Signed BOL file. </li><li>Notify Manager on damaged inbound shipments. Pictures must be taken, and BOL must be signed as damaged. </li><li>Scan and file all packing slips and shipper's paperwork electronically per policy. </li><li>Send returns back to vendor and update SharePoint. </li><li>Put away Kanban materials to designated locations. </li><li>Review the incoming material shelves and for material over 90 days past receipt contact the requester to determine disposition of package. </li><li>Assist department with metrics and spreadsheets as needed related to projects, lean events, department goals, etc. </li><li>Support and maintain a safe and Lean working environment. </li><li>6S duties. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Summary of Skills, Knowledge and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>0 - 3 years of experience in a related role. </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent, required. </li><li>2 years of forklift driving experience preferred. </li><li>Good organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. </li><li>Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality. </li><li>Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. </li><li>Able to gather and analyze information effectively. </li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills, with both internal and external customers. </li><li>Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. </li><li>Position may require ability to access job sites; including climbing, crawling, and kneeling. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs. </li></ul> <p>Direct Reports</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul>
