Join our team and help us develop game-changing, high-quality solutions.</p> <p>As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorganChase within the Consumer & Community banking, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our contact center platform by migrating from on-premises solutions to Amazon Connect. You will leverage your expertise in AWS, telephony, and networking to deliver high-quality architecture solutions, influence product design and drive operational excellence. Your work will directly impact customer experience and business outcomes, while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Represent technical governance bodies for contact center modernization </li><li>Provide feedback and propose improvements to architecture governance practices </li><li>Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and engineers </li><li>Guide evaluation of current and emerging technologies, with a focus on cloud and AWS solutions </li><li>Regularly provide technical guidance and direction to business, technical teams, contractors, and vendors </li><li>Develop secure and high-quality production code; review and debug code written by others </li><li>Drive decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud contact center architecture, telephony, and networking </li><li>Actively contribute to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices </li><li>Influence peers and project decision-makers to adopt leading-edge technologies </li><li>Foster a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience </li><li>Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability </li><li>Advanced proficiency in AWS/cloud technologies, telephony, and networking </li><li>Deep knowledge of software architecture and technical processes, especially in cloud environments </li><li>Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight </li><li>Practical experience with cloud-native solutions and contact center migrations </li><li>Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend best solutions for future state architecture </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Amazon Connect and contact center platform migrations </li><li>AWS certification or equivalent experience </li><li>Solution architect experience, especially in integrations and migrations </li><li>Strong telephony and networking background </li><li>Experience working in large, complex organizations </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills </li></ul>
