As the F135 Depot Maintenance Analytics Senior Manager, you will transform maintenance management processes by implementing scalable, repeatable, and efficient digital solutions. You will focus on rapidly delivering practical, short-term solutions while collaborating with the F135 program digital solutions team on long-term strategic initiatives. Your efforts will directly support F135 program objectives and align with Pratt & Whitney and RTX technology goals.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and present global depot performance metrics and key process indicators at the Depot Working Group</p> </li><li> <p>Refactor Excel-based forecasting and business models into scalable script-based solutions with efficient data models and architectures</p> </li><li> <p>Automate manual business processes by delivering near-term solutions, prototyping automation tools, and supporting long-term digital transformation initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Lead data governance efforts for maintenance management analytics, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain reusable, scalable data products using the F135 data product developer platform</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the creation of automated reports to track global depot performance and conduct statistical analyses to inform continuous improvement efforts</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with stakeholders and the Digital Enablement team to pilot advanced technologies (e.g., AI/ML, DBT) and integrate emerging tools into forecasting and business processes</p> </li><li> <p>Stay informed on cutting-edge advancements, identify opportunities to innovate, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives by developing new tools and analytics</p> </li></ul> <p>What Will You Learn</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strengthen your technical expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI, Databricks, an emerging digital tools like AI/ML and DBT</p> </li><li> <p>Gain hands-on experience in analyzing and optimizing the performance of a global maintenance network</p> </li><li> <p>Build proficiency in driving enterprise-scale digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Enhance your leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills by managing strategic projects and partnering with diverse teams</p> </li><li> <p>Deepen your understanding of data governance, advanced analytics, and scalable solution development to support organizational goals</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications You Must Have</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Analytics or Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field.</p> </li><li> <p>10 years of data analytics experience, or An advanced degree with 7 years of data analytics experience</p> </li><li> <p>U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications We Prefer</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience with majority of the following tools and technologies: SQL, Python, Power BI, Databricks, and Excel (including Visual Basic for Applications)</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and database management systems</p> </li></ul> <p>What Is My Role Type?</p> <p>In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. This role is</p> <p>Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.</p> <p>Not Relocation Eligible - Relocation assistance not available</p> <p>Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.</p> <p>As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.</p> <p>The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.</p> <p>Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.</p> <p>Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.</p> <p>This role is a U.S.-based role.
