In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and execution across a diverse portfolio spanning commercial charging solutions, keyboard cases, phone and tablet accessories, and custom-branded products.</p> <p>What You'll Own</p> <p>Productivity Accessories:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the roadmap and product lifecycle for keyboard cases, styluses, tablet cases, docks/hubs, and laptop accessories </li><li>Identify trends, gaps, and white space in the productivity market across both consumer and commercial channels </li><li>Partner with Engineering and Industrial Design to deliver thoughtful, innovative, and cost-effective solutions </li></ul> <p>B2B Power Solutions:</p> <ul> <li>Own product strategy for innovative power products such as fleet charging solutions, power banks, jump starters, and battery cases. </li><li>Understand customer use cases across verticals like education, healthcare, retail, and field services </li><li>Work closely with channel and sales teams to ensure product-market fit and commercial viability </li></ul> <p>Custom/Promotional Solutions:</p> <ul> <li>Build product pathways for custom, white-label, and decorated items used in gifting, loyalty, and employee deployment </li><li>Drive scalable processes that balance creative flexibility with operational efficiency </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Deep product experience in consumer electronics, accessories, or hardware categories </li><li>Strong technical curiosity; able to engage meaningfully with Engineering and Design partners </li><li>Demonstrated ability to launch successful physical products in fast-paced environments </li><li>Hands-on experience with manufacturing partners (esp.
