<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Financial Analyst will provide support for financial analysts resolving impediments or issues that arise </li><li>Develop, review and consolidate financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making processes for finance manager to review </li><li>Monitor and analyze actual expenditures against budgeted figures, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions for management intra-month </li><li>Analyze financial performance and provide insights, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement for finance manager to review </li><li>As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing financials for critical projects outside of the financial analyst responsibilities as defined by leadership </li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field </li><li>Proven experience in budget analysis, financial planning, or a related role </li><li>Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and technology project management is a plus </li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software </li><li>Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards </li><li>SAP/BOBJ reporting knowledge is a plus </li></ul>
