You will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, marital status, pregnancy, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>East Penn is currently seeking a Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) Inventory Analyst who will use their analytical skills to work with available system data to advise management of opportunities for cost effective inventory management.</p> <ul> <li>Analysis includes stocking levels, trends and discrepancies </li><li>Work with cross functional teams which may include building maintenance leaders, stockroom attendants and Central Services Maintenance managers </li><li>Document changes and the resulting cost saving effects on inventory </li><li>Develop a strategy for disposal of inventory deemed no longer necessary for functional daily operations </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Analyze data to support keeping or removing part(s) from inventory utilizing analytic tools such as MSR4, Excel and Power BI</p> <p>Review requisition slips/requests for Min/Max adjustments and additional MRO Inventory</p> <p>Uses reports to determine non-moving parts, analyze data to support keeping or removing part(s) from inventory</p> <p>Adjust stock levels through optimization and relocation if necessary and communicate with appropriate departments</p> <p>Works with Purchasing and Inventory Manager to determine part cost saving quantities</p> <p>Analyze root causes of inventory issues and provide resolutions</p> <p>Evaluate lead times, usage, turns and adjustments, adjust stock as necessary</p> <p>Identify O.E.M. part(s) which are readily available through alternative vendors or manufacturers</p> <p>Guide inventory control person when moving part location(s)</p> <p>Visually validate inventory counts for parts under consideration for change</p> <p>Determine paths for disposal of obsolete and unused inventory</p> <p>Responsible for the MRO inventory throughout the corporation</p> <p>Other duties as requested</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience & Qualifications</p> <p>Advanced Data analyzing abilities, experience with large databases and proficient with data management</p> <p>Education/Certification</p> <p>Post secondary education</p> <p>Data, Computers, etc.</p> <p>BS in Business or Applied Sciences preferred</p> <p>2+ years experience in MRO Inventory management</p> <p>Skills & Competencies</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>Moderate to Advanced Computer Knowledge</p> <p>Attention to Detail</p> <p>Strong Analytical Thinking</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <p>Maintenance Part Knowledge</p> <p>Power BI Software</p> <p>East Penn Benefits</p> <p>East Penn offers excellent benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation </li><li>Group health insurance that includes high quality medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage with a low employee premium </li><li>Retirement Savings Plan with company match and a 3% employer contribution </li><li>9 paid company holidays, 2 paid personal holidays, and paid vacation days annually </li><li>Employee assistance program </li><li>Fitness Discounts </li><li>Promotional opportunities </li></ul>
