<p>General Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plumbing Punch List Technician to join our growing team in Cincinnati. This role focuses on completing final plumbing corrections and repairs on residential and light commercial projects, ensuring all work meets code requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate is experienced in plumbing service work, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in delivering clean, professional results. Key Responsibilities Complete plumbing punch list items on new construction and renovation projects Diagnose and repair minor plumbing issues (leaks, fixture adjustments, drainage issues, etc.) Install and adjust plumbing fixtures, trim, valves, and accessories Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards Communicate clearly with supervisors, project managers, and customers Maintain a clean and safe job site Accurately document completed work and materials used Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 2-4 Specific Qualifications Qualifications 2+ years of plumbing experience (residential preferred) Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and troubleshooting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic hand and power tool proficiency Strong attention to detail and time management skills Preferred (But Not Required) Journeyman or apprentice plumbing license New construction or punch list experience Experience working from checklists or work orders Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb, and work in confined spaces Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions License Required Yes Job Locations US-OH-Cincinnati Company Overview IES Residential, Inc. is one of the nation's largest and most respected electrical, plumbing, HVAC, solar, and cable solutions providers for single-family homes and multi-family complexes since 1973.
