Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact in this role</p> <ul> <li>Review and assess medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve actual or potential drug-related problems </li><li>Recommend formulary alternatives when clinically appropriate </li><li>Compound and dispense medications to ensure accurate and safe delivery to patients </li><li>Provide drug information and education to both medical staff and patients </li><li>Communicate effectively with physicians and other clinicians to support and coordinate patient care </li><li>Deliver patient counseling as required </li><li>Oversee and guide technical personnel involved in the preparation, maintenance, and dispensing of medications and supplies </li><li>Support academic initiatives, including serving as a preceptor for pharmacy students </li><li>Float as needed to provide coverage for pharmacy operations </li><li>Participate in an on-call rotation, carrying an on-call phone and remaining available for pharmacy needs during assigned periods </li><li>Work primarily on-site with the opportunity for a hybrid arrangement based on performance metrics and training completion </li></ul> <p>What minimum requirements you'll need</p> <p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p> <ul> <li>Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
