We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.</p> <p>## The impact you'll make</p> <p>As a Sr Mgr within Lam's Global Supply Chain Management organization, you will serve as the Supply Chain Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for an assigned Product Group. The position requires a strategic, results-driven leader capable of driving alignment, execution, and transformation across matrixed teams.</p> <p>## What you'll do</p> <p>### Strategic Partnership & Representation</p> <ul> <li>Primary liaison between Product Group and Supply Chain, ensuring aligned priorities and rapid execution. </li><li>Represent Supply Chain in Product Group forums and Product Group interests within Supply Chain. </li><li>Report into Supply Chain leadership with strategic direction and performance input from Product Group leadership. </li></ul> <p>### Program & Resource Alignment</p> <ul> <li>Align cross-functional resources to support Product Group objectives and partner needs. </li><li>Prioritize initiatives, set performance targets, and drive execution. </li><li>Enable executive collaboration and joint decision-making. </li></ul> <p>### Operational Execution & Escalation</p> <ul> <li>Lead execution of Product Group supply chain strategies with clear accountability. </li><li>Single point of contact for Global Supplier Management on sourcing escalations and cost roadmaps. </li><li>Translate market strategies into actionable supply chain requirements. </li></ul> <p>### Business Requirements & Insight</p> <ul> <li>Convert business requirements into supply chain deliverables that maximize customer value. </li><li>Maintain strategic view of product demand and lifecycle patterns. </li><li>Own integrated alignment of strategies, goals, and milestones. </li></ul> <p>### Leadership & Culture</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop the global supply chain organization. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement and change. </li></ul> <p>## Who we're looking for</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred. </li><li>15+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or operations, with deep expertise in logistics, planning, and execution. </li><li>Proven success in executive-level stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership. </li><li>Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a track record of delivering results. </li><li>Familiarity with Lam technologies and new product introduction processes is a plus. </li><li>Domestic travel may be required up to 25%. </li></ul> <p>Our Perks and Benefits</p> <p>At Lam, our people make amazing things possible.
