This is a full-time opportunity in the property maintenance field at a multi-site portfolio of residential properties. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers. </li><li>Preparing properties for upcoming inspections. </li><li>Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work. </li><li>Providing access to contractors and inspectors as needed. </li><li>Performing groundskeeping, general building maintenance, and maintenance of exterior and common areas. </li></ul> <p>The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm with on-call duties shared on rotation.</p> <p>Your Qualifications:</p> <p>We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of general apartment repair and experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required. </li><li>Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred. </li><li>A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <p>We offer highly competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including great health benefits, 13 paid holidays, vacation time, 401k match, life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, an extra paid day off during your birthday month, and more!
