Linde sells and supports these solutions with an independent dealer network, offering best-in-class after-sales support, parts, and financing across North America.</p> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>The Event Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in planning and driving a diverse array of events, including trade shows like ProMat, community events, customer appreciation events, tours, and dealer onboarding. This position involves collaborating with internal customers to define event objectives, target audiences, and key messages, while managing event budgets and ensuring efficient execution. The coordinator will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to negotiate contracts and manage deliverables, ensuring timely and successful event execution. Additionally, the role supports marketing campaigns across various channels, lead the marketing co-op program with dealers, and nurture relationships with industry associations and community partners. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, proactive, and skilled in multitasking within a fast-paced environment, contributing to brand consistency and lead generation efforts.</p> <p>Tasks and Qualifications:</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Events</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal partners to identify event objectives, target audience, and key messages </li><li>Plan and execute a wide range of events, including product launches, industry trade shows, conferences, customer appreciation events and regional events </li><li>Develop event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution </li><li>Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to negotiate contracts, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution </li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and customer experience at events, while collecting and managing and lead generation opportunities </li></ul> <p>Marketing</p> <ul> <li>Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.) </li><li>Manage marketing co-op program with channel partners/dealer network </li><li>Build and nurture relationships and support KNA membership status with Industry Associations for Manufacturing and Material Handling </li><li>Marketing Operations: Budgeting, invoices, marketing request intake </li><li>Support marketing efforts with online merchandise store, photo shoots, video creation, customer testimonials </li><li>Sponsorships and relationship building with community partners </li><li></li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role is helpful </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li><li>Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools </li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills </li><li>Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, CMS and CRM </li><li>Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours, as required for planned events and customer visits </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) </li></ul> <p>#LI-RT</p>
