Benefits information can be found at https://ship.edu/about/offices/hr/benefits Quick Link https://jobs.ship.edu/postings/3144</p> <p>Position Summary Information</p> <p>General Description/Position Purpose</p> <p>The Department of English at Shippensburg University invites applications for either full-time or part-time temporary positions teaching academic writing beginning Fall 2025. Ability to teach general education literature would be considered valuable but is not required. These classes will be taught in-person, on-campus. In addition, faculty members are expected to perform other duties as assigned in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Candidates must hold an M.A. in English and have experience teaching college-level academic writing courses.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>A doctorate in English is preferred.</p> <p>Posting Detail Information</p> <p>Open Date 05/22/2025 Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Special Instructions</p> <p>For full consideration, all candidates must apply online at https://jobs.ship.edu.
