<p>We are looking for motivated, self-starting Dishwashers to enhance our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you help ensure the Earls environment is unbelievably clean and organized. This role keeps the restaurant's wheels turning, and is the foundation of all of our Chefs' careers.</p> <p>Compensation: $15-$20/hr Hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements. While the range provides a general guideline, final offers will be tailored to each individual.</p> <p>In addition to your hourly wage, you will be eligible to receive a kitchen team bonus funded by a 4% service charge applied to food sales.
