<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager - Legal Managed Services at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals and business professionals.</p> <p>Senior Manager - Legal Managed Services will lead and grow our Legal Managed Services offering in the US. The Senior Manager will oversee service delivery for key client engagements, proposal and RFP efforts, and contribute to the development of scalable, innovative solutions across contract drafting, negotiation, and analytics, compliance reviews, and legal operations. This position will also play a critical role in shaping Konexo's market and growth strategy.</p> <p>Responsibilities and Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Serves as a subject matter expert in specific areas of law related to commercial contracts, technology, AI, financial services, and/or energy transactions. </li><li>Serves as delivery lead and escalation point for Legal Managed Services engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. </li><li>Drives continuous improvement and innovation across service delivery, technology and processes, leveraging automation and data insights. </li><li>Supports proposal development, RFP responses, and client pitches, bringing Konexo's full capabilities to bear. </li><li>Manages engagement financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization. </li><li>Trains and develops junior members to build highly effective teams. </li><li>Represents Konexo in the market and at industry events and client forums, helping to build brand awareness and deepen relationships. Support evaluation and implementation of legal tech platforms to enhance service delivery. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree is required from an accredited college or university. Active Bar membership in a US State in good standing. JD/MBA preferred. </li><li>Minimum 8-10 years of experience in legal managed services and delivery. </li><li>Proven track record of leading complex client engagements and managing cross-functional delivery teams. </li><li>Coachable, adaptable and growth mindset individual that thrives in a collaborative environment </li><li>Strong understanding of legal operations, CLM platforms, and managed services methodologies. </li><li>Experience with proposal development, RFPs, and client presentations. </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role and will require on-site presence 3 days per week. The salary ranges for this position vary depending on the geographic location and other factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job-related considerations. The range for this position is from $108,000 - $208,000, with offers contingent upon the various factors.
