Power the Future.</p> <p>Trinity Solar is seeking an experienced Solar Installation Crew Leader to lead residential solar installation projects in the Chester, NY area.</p> <p>In this role, you'll work hands-on in the field while leading a small installation team, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you have solar, electrical, or roofing experience and are ready to step into a leadership role, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the rapidly expanding renewable energy industry.</p> <p>You'll play a key role in helping homeowners transition to clean energy while mentoring your team and ensuring every installation is done right.</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and work alongside a crew installing residential solar systems</p> </li><li> <p>Install solar panels, racking systems, wiring, and electrical components</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all installations meet NEC codes, company standards, and safety guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and training to installation team members</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot installation challenges and maintain project timelines</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate installation documentation and job photos</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate professionally with homeowners, inspectors, and internal teams</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the jobsite is safe, organized, and professional</p> </li><li> <p>Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>1-2+ years of solar installation, electrical, roofing, or construction experience</p> </li><li> <p>Prior crew leadership or foreman experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented</p> </li></ul>
