Your knowledge and our innovative ingredient solutions will drive customer success across diverse food applications.</p> <p>As a Senior Technologist, Technical Service, you will directly support our Distributor accounts and the implementation of a Distributor strategy. The Senior Technologist will develop solutions across all food application areas (Bakery, Dairy, Savory, etc). Activities will include leading customers projects, preparing customer meetings & trainings, ongoing customer support/troubleshooting, bench top analysis, as well as food pilot plant activities. The Senior Technologist will have responsibility for establishing and maintaining working relationships with technical individuals at customer accounts. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Applications teams to promote functional, value-added ingredients and solutions to meet customer needs.</p> <p>This role reports to the Sr Manager, Technical Service, T&HS, US/CAN</p> <p>What you will do (Responsibilities):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support assigned accounts and leading customer projects with these accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>Support implementation of Ingredion's distributor strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand the customer's strategy and how it translates into their technical needs. Identify opportunities for customers to enhance and expand their product offerings through Ingredion's technical solutions. Leverage this insight to create value for the customer.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical support to customers across a broad range of food applications by applying product and application knowledge to identify effective solutions.
