Our site, Albéa Simandre is our Center of Excellence for Skin Care Cosmetic Packaging Products and Metallization.</p> <p>Scope</p> <ul> <li>Ce poste reporte au Directeur de Site et a en charge la performance financière d'Aléa Simandre. </li></ul> <p>Management d'un Contrôleur de Gestion.</p> <p>Main activities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, prepare, analyze and present budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance. </li><li>Develop customer profitability analysis to support decision making process </li><li>Drive the costing activities (prepare the price quotations, cost analysis, etc.) </li><li>Document and train people on all Key Processes that are supporting each of the main internal control cycle (Stock, Receivables/Payables/Cash) </li><li>Ensure rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter. </li><li>Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding companies assets. </li></ul> <p>Accountability including KPIs</p> <ul> <li>Guarantee the reliability, accuracy and completeness of the site's financial information. </li><li>Guarantee risks and opportunities are presented in an actionable manner to other Departments. Guarantee efficiency of financial/administrative processes (quicker, more accurate, more relevant) </li><li>Guarantee the engagement & development of the Finance team. </li></ul> <p>Profile (Experience & qualifications)</p> <ul> <li>Bac +5 spécialisé en Finance. </li><li>Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 10 ans dans l'industrie. </li></ul>
