<p>Easton is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead our purchasing team, manage supplier relationships, and develop strategic sourcing initiatives for our world-class archery and sporting goods products. This role is critical to ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and supply chain excellence.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for new and existing products. </li><li>Analyze spend data, market trends, and industry dynamics to identify cost-saving opportunities. </li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sourcing requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. </li><li>Prepare business cases, cost models, and supplier selection recommendations. </li><li>Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution in coordination with legal. </li><li>Develop and manage supplier scorecards and performance reporting. </li><li>Implement and monitor purchasing systems, processes, and team performance. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing and supply chain operations. </li><li>Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the sourcing team. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field </li><li>2-5 years of sourcing/purchasing experience, including supplier management and negotiations. </li><li>Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. </li><li>Analytical and problem-solver mindset with high attention to detail </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis </li><li>Supervisory experience preferred; manufacturing or sporting goods background a plus. </li></ul> <p>Why Easton?</p> <p>Join a team that values innovation, quality, and teamwork.
