If you're ready for a challenging yet rewarding position with growth potential, apply now!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Load and unload products from trucks and containers using manual labor, pallet jacks, or forklifts. </li><li>Organize products in the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy access for order fulfillment. </li><li>Verify product quantities and ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. </li><li>Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the supervisor. </li><li>Prepare products for shipping, ensuring items are securely loaded onto delivery trucks according to safety protocols. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. </li><li>Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers. </li><li>Assist in inventory management by performing cycle counts and other stock-related duties. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. </li><li>Recent forklift operating experience and ability to be certified day one of employment is required. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. </li><li>Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate handling and shipping of products. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. </li><li>Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. </li></ul> <p>Continuously Pursuing Excellence!</p> <p>Here at Utz, we have a passion for exciting and delighting consumers with delicious snack foods made from high quality ingredients.
