We turn ideas into reality.</p> <p>You Are:</p> <p>The Global Manhattan Manager is responsible for designing, developing and managing Manhattan solutions (MAWM, MATM, MAO) to our customers leveraging our Manhattan expertise and partnerships. We are looking for a leader who is resourceful and can leverage Accenture assets to accelerate the deployment of Manhattan solutions to the customer.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manhattan Expertise:</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage your Manhattan expertise (MAWM, MATM, MAO) to deliver high quality solutions to our customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Help build technical and functional product expertise within Accenture to grow and support our Manhattan capability</p> </li><li> <p>Define technology roadmaps and advise on platform selection, cost optimization, and value levers.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead end-to-end discussions on supply chain transformation across multiple functions and technology stacks.</p> </li><li> <p>Technology Enablement & Solution Design:</p> </li><li> <p>Guide clients in selecting and implementing best-fit supply chain fulfillment solutions (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, e2Open).</p> </li><li> <p>Advise on process optimization and automation to improve supply chain efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive integration strategies across logistics, warehouse management, transportation management and Order Management.</p> </li><li> <p>Advisory & Thought Leadership:</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them through digital transformation journeys.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide insights on emerging trends, including AI-driven supply chain optimization, IoT, and cloud-based platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead discovery workshops and influence key decisions to drive business process improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution:</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations) to ensure seamless execution of supply chain transformation initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Anticipate and mitigate project execution risks, ensuring smooth implementation.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with technology providers and industry experts to stay ahead of the curve.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing or delivering complex Manhattan WMS projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years experience in Supply Chain domains, such as Manufacturing, Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 years of experience working in cross-functional touchpoints with deep experience in how supply chain interacts with finance, operations, and technology.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of strong advisory skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and recommend industry-leading solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years' work experience). An associate's degree with 6 years of equivalent experience will also be considered.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
