<p>We're looking for an Account Executive who knows how to open doors, start conversations, and close new revenue. If you're a natural hunter with a proactive mindset and the discipline to build a strong, healthy pipeline, this is your chance to join a fast-moving team helping clients accelerate growth.</p> <p>In this role, you'll focus on identifying high-potential companies, engaging decision makers, and clearly communicating how our solutions drive measurable value. You'll operate with autonomy, but never alone - you'll be backed by a supportive, data-driven sales organization built to help you win.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Target and engage high-growth companies through outbound outreach (calls, email, social). </li><li>Build trust and relationships quickly with decision makers - in both English and Spanish. </li><li>Understand customer needs and position solutions that fit their business challenges. </li><li>Manage and advance deals through each stage of the sales pipeline. </li><li>Maintain a strategic, forward-looking approach to pipeline creation and revenue generation. </li><li>Meet and exceed monthly KPIs tied to activity, pipeline, and closed revenue. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>1 - 2 years of experience generating net-new business (SaaS or digital advertising preferred). </li><li>Proven success as an outbound hunter and top individual contributor. </li><li>Formal sales training (e.g., Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC) is a strong plus. </li><li>Ability to educate prospects on industry trends and communicate clear value props. </li><li>Skilled at finding new contacts within SMB and enterprise organizations. </li><li>Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. </li><li>Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Engage). </li><li>Strong organization, time management, and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love It Here</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid Schedule: Mon - Thu in our Nashville office, Fri WFH </li><li>9 paid company holidays </li><li>Generous PTO package </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits </li><li>401(k) </li><li>Learning, development, and career growth opportunities </li></ul> <p>About iQor</p> <p>The iQor family helps good businesses grow into great companies.
