Your role will involve developing, executing, and managing multiple digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on new products for small business clients.</p> <p>Job responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop strong collaboration with key strategy and internal/external execution partners. </li><li>Deliver campaigns with excellence for new product launches and other key initiatives. </li><li>Partner with strategy partners to manage internal and external agency briefing and creative development of emails, ads, and landing pages. </li><li>Bring campaigns to life by partnering with our cross-functional execution partners. </li><li>Ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time, and within budget parameters. </li><li>Provide recommendations on opportunities to optimize campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies, and reduce costs. </li><li>Collaborate with marketing managers to identify opportunities, campaign strategy, and the framework for measurement and reporting. </li><li>Ensure a strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed. </li><li>Manage multi-channel execution (from concept development to managing approvals and delivery). </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>4+ years experience in direct marketing. </li><li>2+ years of executing multi-channel campaigns. </li><li>Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple partners and deadlines. </li><li>Analytical thinker who enjoys the challenge of trying new things and embraces change. </li><li>Confident presenter, adept at delivering project insights and results to partners and leadership. </li></ul>
