<p>Kforce has a client in need of a seasoned Solution Architect to lead strategic initiatives focused on Enterprise Risk Management and Liquidity Risk Management platforms. This role requires deep collaboration with business owners and technical leads to refine requirements and deliver robust architectural solutions. The Senior Solutions Architect will serve as a key voice in shaping functional and technical best practices and will be responsible for producing and securing approval for critical design documentation across multiple architecture governance boards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead solution architecture for risk management platform projects </li><li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements and align solutions with strategic goals </li><li>Obtain approvals from architecture boards (e.g., Solution Design Council, InfoSec Architecture Review, Architecture Review Board) </li><li>Maintain strong relationships with business partners and communicate strategic updates to senior leadership </li><li>Align project scopes with enterprise architecture standards and business innovation goals </li><li>Mentor and guide best practices, design standards, and implementation strategies </li><li>Conduct discovery analysis and document technical blueprints </li><li>Act as liaison between business units and IT throughout the product lifecycle </li><li>Recommend and implement process improvements and operational strategies </li></ul> <p>Develop and present architecture deliverables including:</p> <ul> <li>Macro Architecture </li><li>Single Technical Design </li><li>Process and Sequence Diagrams </li><li>Security Architecture Diagrams* Proven experience designing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management platforms </li><li>Expertise in Liquidity Risk Management systems and financial regulatory compliance </li><li>Familiarity with risk frameworks (Basel II/III/IV, IFRS, DORA) </li><li>Ability to conduct cybersecurity risk assessments (ISAR) </li><li>Experience creating logical/functional architecture and integration diagrams </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills </li><li>Demonstrated success working closely with business owners </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Background in retail banking processes and technology implementations </li><li>Experience with strategic account management and enterprise-wide architecture adoption </li><li>Ability to influence business decisions and drive performance improvements </li></ul> <p>Proficiency in:</p> <ul> <li>SQL, NoSQL databases </li><li>ETL/ELT data pipelines </li><li>RESTful APIs, API-led design, Event Driven Architecture </li><li>AWS (required), Azure </li></ul>
