<p>Title: Coordinator, INTL License Account Management</p> <p>Reports To: Senior Account Manager, License</p> <p>Location: This role will be hybrid, based in our New York Design Office</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Compile weekly and monthly data, sales performance metrics, and trend analysis across multiple accounts and partners. Prepare concise reports and dashboards to support the Account Management team's strategic decision-making and forecasting efforts. </li><li>Provide support in data gathering and outlining of key actions during Hindsight / Strategy prep. </li><li>Market Week Support: external partner support, key meeting management and store visits. </li><li>Maintain and evolve key data summaries: Monthly Fleet List, Annual Country Matrix. </li><li>Liaise across internal cross-functional teams on partner inquiries. </li><li>Support the development of long-term plans by assisting in the implementation of new store development, digital site/marketplace development, or other emerging channel opportunities as required. </li><li>Manage and communicate assortment updates to wholesale accounts and align with Sr Account Manager on recommended actions in order to protect business and minimize fall out as discussed. </li><li>Liaise with internal teams on ATS stock availability in order to capitalize on in-season upside sales to License / Wholesale Accounts. </li><li>Manage and follow up from request through final inventory transfers. </li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate partner profiles, system requirements, and operational guidelines within internal databases to ensure compliance and smooth transactions </li><li>Schedule key meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute action items following internal and external account meetings. </li><li>Assist the Account Management team in the initial operational setup and data collection for newly identified business development opportunities. </li><li>Other duties as needed. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field preferred. </li><li>1-3 years of experience in Account Support, Wholesale, Sales Operations, or retail back-office/logistics is preferred; international product/brand experience is preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with NuOrder, Bamboo Rose, Google Suite, Account specific retail portals, and other data systems is preferred. </li><li>Intermediate to advance skill level in Excel / Google sheets is required to be successful. </li><li>Familiarity with data-mining tools, e.g. Cognos, Essbase, Tableau for standardized and ad-hoc analysis. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a comfort level speaking and corresponding with account teams across a wide span of levels from analysts to CEO. </li><li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. </li><li>Ability to work outside of standard U.S. business hours is required. </li><li>Comfortable working in an hybrid environment - working in office a few days a week (based on the needs of the business or big milestone week) with occasional remote work from home </li></ul> <p>Perks: Why You'll Love it Here</p> <ul> <li>Generous employee discount. </li><li>Summer Fridays. </li><li>Casual dress code. </li><li>Hybrid schedule. </li><li>FOMO events (Exciting company-wide events). </li></ul> <p>Pay/Benefits Information:</p> <ul> <li>Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location </li><li>Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive health care benefits (including medical, vision, and dental); wellness benefits; 401(k) retirement benefits; life and disability insurance; employee stock purchase program; paid time off; paid sick leave; and parental leave and benefits </li><li>Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part-time or full-time / exempt or non-exempt), and years of service.
