Maintains Neurology databases. Educates stakeholders on Neuro patient care. Communicates courteously with customers. Ensures the hospital's philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures are effectively implemented, impacting patient care. Develops the Neurology program through teaching, coaching, and role modeling. Supports staff onboarding, training, and professional development. Initiates quality improvement ideas to enhance patient care, satisfaction, population health, and reduce clinic costs. Assists with discharge planning. Manages neurological equipment. Engages in research protocols.
