This position is within the school consultation branch of Clinical Services. It entails some direct consultative work, BCBA supervision, and program oversight.</p> <p>This is a 10-month (186 days) position with mandatory ESY.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct consultative services within the school consultation branch of Clinical Services. </li><li>Supervise Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), offering clinical guidance and mentorship. </li><li>Oversee and ensure the quality of behavior programs and services. </li><li>Coordinate and support implementation of behavior intervention plans across school-based settings. </li><li>Collaborate with educational teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes for students. </li><li>Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards. </li><li>Contribute to data collection, program evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department. </li><li>Stay current with evidence-based practices in behavior analysis and share knowledge with team members. </li><li>Collaborate closely with the Director of Clinical Services to align school consultation practices with departmental goals and strategic initiatives. </li><li>Assist the Director of Clinical Services in developing and implementing systems for clinical quality assurance and service consistency. </li><li>Design and maintain structures to monitor fidelity of behavioral program implementation and outcomes. </li><li>Participate in the creation and refinement of performance metrics for behavior analysts and clinical support staff. </li><li>Lead professional development initiatives, including onboarding, ongoing training, and competency-based skill building for clinical staff. </li><li>Conduct formal and informal performance evaluations of supervisees, offering feedback and individualized growth plans. </li><li>Provide recommendations to the Director of Clinical Services regarding staff performance, clinical effectiveness, and programmatic improvements. </li><li>Assist Behavior Analysts in supervising and supporting BCBA candidates and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring compliance with BACB supervision standards and promoting clinical skill development. </li><li>This position may involve some consultation, training, and or supervision within some of the ACES internal programs. </li></ul> <p>External Candidates, please apply online at www.aces.org.</p> <p>Internal candidates should apply via the "Careers at ACES" link on Interfaces.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>All candidates must hold their BCBA certification and state license for a minimum of 5 years. In addition, must have a minimum of 5 years of experience providing school-based consultation within the public schools.</p> <p>Must meet the BACB Supervision Requirements to supervise RBTs and BCBA exam candidates.</p>
