Develops, analyzes, and maintains pricing strategies and models for the organization. This involves evaluating cost structures, market conditions, and reimbursement methodologies to ensure competitive and compliant pricing.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree required with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field of study</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or revenue management or related areas 3-5 years required and Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting 2-3 years preferred</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. </li><li>Proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis, and understanding healthcare market research. </li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, relational database and business intelligence tools, and relevant software (e.g., SQL, Enterprise Resource Planning systems). </li><li>Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, payer contracts, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Organizational and project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects and deadlines </li><li>Customer service commitment, building and maintaining effective working relationships, anticipating needs by viewing work from customer perspective </li><li>Intellectual ownership: accepting responsibility for successful completion of work </li><li>Strategic and Critical thinking: understanding work in context of organizational goals and external environment, identifying implications and consequences of options presented </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Hybrid</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>399 Revolution Drive</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>Mass General Brigham Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
