<p>About The Role</p> <p>This position requires the successful candidate to work on a W2 directly with FDM. We cannot accept C2C, 1099 or employment sponsorship (eg. H1-B) for this position.</p> <p>FDM is a global business and technology consultancy delivering client and industry driven solutions through our 5 core specialist Practices; Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, IT Operations, Change & Transformation, and Risk, Regulation & Compliance.</p> <p>FDM is seeking a Program Manager in New York City to work for our client. This role is initially for 12 months and will be onsite with requirements to be in the NYC office 4-5 days per week.</p> <p>Performance optimization team is looking for a qualified resource who has experience leading S2P (Source to Pay) transformational initiatives. This individual will be joining as the Program Manager to implement strategic initiatives for S2P. This role requires managing multiple interconnected initiatives and will require cross collaboration between teams within & outside S2P. These initiatives will touch on all or some core tenants of the initiative, i.e Process, People, Policies and Technology and will require effective cross collaboration.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders. </li><li>Develop Project plan and map out dependencies across different initiatives and any associated risks </li><li>Plan and manage program timelines, resources, and risks. </li><li>Provide timeline recommendations for inter-dependent initiatives, as needed </li><li>Own and manage RAID log, Governance and sign-off process </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration across projects. </li><li>Monitor and report on program performance using KPIs and regular status updates. </li><li>Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams. </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li> <p>5 -10 years professional experience in Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and/or driving Transformation</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record in implementing or managing S2P systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer).</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in program/project management in a cross-functional, global environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement in large enterprises.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience in process optimization and automation.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working on:</p> </li><li> <p>Delegation of authority</p> </li><li> <p>Implementation of ERP/SaaS solution</p> </li><li> <p>Source to Pay intake/Orchestration</p> </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>FDM is an award-winning global business and technology consultancy powering the people behind tech and innovation for over 30 years.
