Our Employee Value Proposition is simple: a career with purpose, genuine development, a supportive culture and rewards that matter.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We are looking for a dedicated Care Team Leader to support our well-established service, The Gables, working closely with the Service Manager to guide, mentor and motivate a passionate support team.</p> <p>You will take an active role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.</p> <p>The Gables comprises three modern, self-contained one-bedroom apartments designed to support greater independence, personal growth and individual goals.</p> <p>For this service we require staff who are able and willing to drive our company cars, therefore you must hold a full UK Driving Licence.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor and develop support workers </li><li>Carry out staff supervisions, interviews and ongoing coaching </li><li>Promote excellent, person-centred support and positive risk-taking </li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues, the people we support and external professionals </li><li>Maintain detailed, accurate records and confidently use IT systems </li><li>Play a key role in ensuring quality, safety and an empowering environment </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker </li><li>NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred </li><li>Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills </li><li>A passion for enabling people to live fulfilling, independent lives </li></ul> <p>If you are an experienced Support Worker ready for your next step, we will provide full training, mentorship and development to support your progression.</p> <p>Shift Pattern</p> <p>Shifts vary between 07:45-21:45 or 08:00-22:00.</p> <p>About The Gables</p> <p>At The Gables, we empower people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live independently, build skills and become active, valued members of the local community.</p> <p>Located next to the River Bure, the service sits within an attractive residential area.
