All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected Veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</p> <p>The Senior Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Account Management function to ensure client success.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support account leads with management of all proposals and change orders in process. Includes </li><li>Management of contracts in applicable systems and creating supplemental materials for any scheduled amendments (e.g. proposal, change order generation) </li><li>Follow-ups with client on proposal approvals and Change Order sign-offs </li><li>Monitoring project start dates and requesting At-Risk approval when appropriate </li><li>Manage and support follow-up on overdue Invoices with clients </li><li>Track contract expiration dates, manage study end dates in Jira, and support contract extension activities </li><li>Maintaining internal client health reporting for the Account Management organization spanning financial performance, sales, delivery, support, quality, and client satisfaction. </li><li>Maintaining and supporting standard KPI reporting for 4G Clinical accounts </li><li>Assisting in tracking and performing internal follow-up on critical client communications such as maintenance or quality-event related communications </li></ul> <p>Secondary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support account leads with client governance materials, including: </li><li>Creating client business/governance review presentations </li><li>Creating client-specific metrics reports </li><li>Documenting meeting notes and follow-up actions </li></ul>
