<p>We're looking for an Emergency Account Manager to support customers who rely on rapid, mission-critical fuel delivery during outages, natural disasters, and other emergency events. In this role, you'll coordinate fast-moving fueling operations, communicate directly with essential-service customers, and work closely with dispatch, drivers, and logistics teams to keep critical infrastructure running. This position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and can make confident decisions in time-sensitive situations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage emergency fuel accounts and respond to urgent service requests as part of a 24/7 on-call rotation </li><li>Assess customer needs quickly and coordinate appropriate fueling solutions </li><li>Maintain real-time communication with customers during emergency events </li><li>Work closely with dispatch, drivers, logistics, and supply partners to execute emergency fueling </li><li>Prioritize resources based on customer criticality and service commitments </li><li>Build strong relationships with key accounts and support pre-event planning and post-event reviews </li><li>Document service actions, track performance, and maintain accurate CRM records </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (DOT, EPA, OSHA) </li><li>Promote a safety-first culture during all emergency operations </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of bulk fuel delivery or mobile fueling operations </li><li>Experience supporting mission-critical customers (hospitals, data centers, utilities, etc.) </li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams </li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems, dispatch tools, and Microsoft Office </li><li>Professional, calm, and effective under pressure </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong preference for candidates residing within the Southeastern U.S. region (e.g., Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina) to effectively support business operations </li><li>Sales experience strongly preferred </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) </li><li>Minimum of 3 years in account management, operations, logistics, or emergency services </li><li>Experience in fuel distribution, energy, transportation, utilities, or industrial services preferred </li><li>Strong decision-making skills in time-sensitive environments </li><li>Excellent communication and customer relationship skills </li><li>Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of an on-call rotation </li></ul> <p>Safety-Sensitive Position Notice:</p> <p>This position is designated as safety sensitive.
