<p>GENERAL FUNCTION:</p> <p>Provides the day-to-day human resources support for the region assigned.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities assistance with performing the essential functions of this position.</p> <p>1) Recruits, screens, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.</p> <p>2) Maintains a list of current job openings and posts job openings for promotional opportunities in Paylocity</p> <p>3) Assists the HR Manager with completing pre-hire registry checks</p> <p>4) Assists with notifying employees of training and certifications due</p> <p>5) Assists with completing Employment Verifications</p> <p>6) Maintains the PRN list for availability, keeping in contact with the PRNs to ensure they are being utilized and routing them to the appropriate PM or HM</p> <p>7) Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation</p> <p>8) Maintains terminated files</p> <p>9) Complete annual MVRs</p> <p>10) Greet guests in the front lobby, answer the phones, maintain a clean and organized waiting area</p> <p>OTHER FUNCTIONS:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Exhibits behaviors and best practices that are consistent with the vision and values of SSMS.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a well groomed, professional appearance at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain decorum and a high degree of courteous and quality communication between the various departments and parties concerned</p> </li><li> <p>Practices safe work habits to eliminate and control potential safety and health hazards and to maintain a safe work environment. Attends all safety training as scheduled.</p> </li><li> <p>Work as part of the team to ensure that SSMS Quality Management principles (Plan, Measure, Assess.
