This role will work directly with business stakeholders and IT management to elicit requirements, provide ideas for improvements, and deliver well-documented solutions that accommodate stakeholder and business process needs while ensuring that pre-defined coding standard practices are followed.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Create ETL/ELT mappings supporting the Data Warehouse environment using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) </li><li>Utilize SQL and Snowflake as data storage options and benefits of each platform. Create and debug queries supporting exhaustive unit testing and lead user acceptance testing </li><li>Work with other developers, project managers, architects, business analysts and other departments to develop new technology and expand into existing applications </li><li>Participate with Agile methods including define and log work using JIRA, standups, etc. </li><li>Develop medium to large scale applications with medium complexity </li><li>Design, develop and implement business applications using current technologies </li><li>Develop design documents such as technical specifications, functional requirements, object modules, system test plans, technical and user documentation </li><li>Ensure successful completion of projects that meet requirements </li><li>Provide support to maintain existing applications </li><li>Participate in Team Code Reviews </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience </li><li>2+ Years Informatica Development, including IICS concepts ensuring efficient running of mappings/mapplets, lookups, and overall performance of the data warehouse load ensuring SLAs are met </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills enabling advanced troubleshooting techniques and resolutions to enhancement requests </li><li>Collaborative, self-starter, and someone who takes initiative driving resolutions and completion of projects. </li><li>Ability to work with business partners to understand complex requirements. Listen to business jargon, convert to data design and ETL/ELT solutions driving engagement and satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors - Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field </li><li>4+ Years Informatica Development , including IICS concepts ensuring efficient running of mappings/mapplets, lookups, and overall performance of the data warehouse load ensuring SLAs are met </li><li>Experience utilizing informatica publish and scheduling processes </li><li>Experience managing real time data ingestion practices </li><li>OLTP vs OLAP database designs and proper utilization of each. Strong knowledge of 3NF relational database concepts, star schema and proper data modeling techniques ensuring performance of design </li><li>Good communication, project management and interpersonal skills required. </li><li>Experience working in agile environment and JIRA </li><li>Experience with Power BI tool including modeling and telling the story with data </li></ul>
