With over 200+ locations, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs.</p> <p>Company Website:</p> <p>www.carrierenterprise.com</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>In this role you will be responsible for managing the region's commercial business and a team of outside salespeople that generate HVAC equipment and parts sales to mechanical contractors, owners, and select residential replacement dealers. You will also manage commercial sales coordinators and a team of inside sales engineers that establish new accounts, maintain existing accounts, create/manage quotes, and orders, and introduce new products and drive sales programs. Some overnight travel within the Mid-South region will be required. This position provides growth opportunities for future advancement within various parts of the business and reports to the VP of Sales.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accomplishes objectives by supervising staff, organizing, assigns and monitors work processes </li><li>Build a commercial team by recruiting, selecting and employee development </li><li>Plans, monitors, and appraises job results </li><li>Uses business software tools to uncover prospects </li><li>Implements and management of sales programs and promos </li><li>Works with Carrier's regional manager on marketing budget and inventory </li><li>Works with CE Mid-South leadership team to grow the commercial business segment </li><li>Works with the engineering community, where applicable, to drive specifications </li><li>Conducts training, job appraisals, recruiting and hiring </li><li>Manages Region Commercial Sales Engineer Trainee Program </li></ul>
