We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive growth within federal civilian agencies.</p> <p>The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for federal civilian agencies, with a focus on building long-term relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.</p> <p>Domestic travel may be required based on client needs.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline within federal civilian agencies, including key departments like the Department of Interior, EPA, DOE, and HHS. </li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging needs, and business opportunities. </li><li>Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officers in federal agencies. </li><li>Create and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and demos to meet agency needs. </li><li>Navigate government procurement processes, including FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) compliance. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams including solution architects, legal, and product specialists to craft comprehensive solution proposals </li><li>Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals </li><li>Keep accurate records of sales activities in the company CRM. </li><li>Attend industry conferences, government events, and networking opportunities. </li><li>Develop strategic sales plans for target agencies. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Technology, or a related field. </li><li>7+ years of enterprise experience, with a proven track record in the federal civilian market. </li><li>Experience selling or delivering complex technology solutions to government agencies. </li><li>Familiarity with federal contract vehicles (e.g., NASA SEWP, GSA Schedule). </li><li>Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and sales cycles. </li><li>Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills. </li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software. </li><li>Domestic travel may be required to meet client needs. </li><li>Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving. </li></ul> <p>Residents of California, click Here to view our California Applicant Privacy Notice.</p> <p>Anticipated Application Close Date: 11/24/2025</p> <p>LogicMonitor is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>At LogicMonitor, we believe that innovation thrives when every voice is heard and each individual is empowered to bring their unique perspective.
