<p>Engineering a world of possibilities</p> <p>The Native American Mining and Energy Sovereignty (NAMES) Initiative at the prestigious Colorado School of Mines is seeking a creative and analytical Research Assistant to join our innovative team. Established in 2023 and operated within the Payne Institute at one of the world's premier research and engineering schools, our Initiative fosters collaboration between tribal governments, industry, and academia to address complex "all-of-the-above" energy challenges and opportunities.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research at the intersection of energy development, Native Nation sovereignty, and environmental stewardship.
