<p>We are looking for a skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team, focusing on plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ductwork, and sprinkler system installations for both residential and commercial projects.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource management, and oversee the entire lifecycle of HVAC projects. </li><li>Lead and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians and subcontractors, offering guidance, support, and training to promote safety and performance. </li><li>Foster strong client relationships by addressing their needs and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and service. </li><li>Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies, and implement corrective measures when necessary. </li><li>Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
