<p>Job Description:</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Teacher Assistant provides direct support to a lead Teacher in a classroom setting, assisting with lesson preparation, student supervision, individual or small group instruction, maintaining the classroom environment, and documenting student progress, all under the guidance of the teacher to ensure effective learning for all students; key responsibilities include preparing materials, implementing lessons with students, managing classroom behavior, and communicating with parents regarding student progress.
