Your day may include: </li><li>Instrument Preparation & Sterilization: Disinfecting instruments and preparing trays to ensure a sterile and organized environment for procedures. </li><li>Patient Care & Records Management: Prepare patients for dental work, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all treatment information. </li><li>Laboratory Responsibilities: Take the lead on initial dental lab needs, including pouring and trimming models and creating custom trays. </li><li>Advanced Imaging & Diagnostics: Take intraoral and panoramic x-rays, as well as assist in diagnostic procedures to provide optimal care. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications and Special Skills include:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Dental Assistant training is required. </li><li>State certified dental x-rays preferred; willing to train. </li><li>Professional and accurate written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Ability to operate hardware and software. </li><li>Manual dexterity and visual acuity. </li><li>Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. </li></ul> <p>Ready to make a difference?</p> <p>We're looking for someone who is eager to contribute to the health and well-being of the community while growing in a rewarding, team-oriented environment.</p> <p>If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a supportive, mission-driven team, we want to hear from you!</p>
