<p>We are looking for</p> <p>For Elbit site in Cyclone, located in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for a Quality Team Leader for Airborne Systems Upgrade and Development Programs to join our team. This role involves leading quality management processes in aerospace programs from contract initiation to program closure, while driving excellence, compliance, and partnership across multiple disciplines in a leading defense organization</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Lead quality management across aerospace programs, from contract phase through program completion</p> <p>Manage a team of quality engineers</p> <p>Participate in reviews and prepare quality plans and implementation tracking</p> <p>Lead and manage quality processes throughout the program lifecycle</p> <p>Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with company and customer requirements, and prepare and support external audits</p> <p>Ensure company compliance with all customer requirements</p> <p>Manage quality processes such as MRB, CAPA, and failure investigations</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Materials, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering - Mandatory</p> <p>At least 3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering management</p> <p>Background in the Air Force - Advantage</p> <p>Familiarity with AS9100 aerospace standard</p> <p>Knowledge of CATIA - Advantage</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills</p> <p>Ability for self-learning and independent decision-making</p> <p>Strong management, leadership, and cross-organizational process-driving skills</p> <p>Experience working with multiple interfaces and customers in Israel and abroad</p> <p>High level of English</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
