(0 years +)</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>Performs high quality diagnostic and accurate MRI procedures to help physicians in the care of their patients.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Provides optimum patient care.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates knowledge and technical expertise to safely & correctly operate MRI equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs and records # for daily QA.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops skills to practice in a safe, clinical environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops skills in Contrast Administration.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates self direction and utilizes problem solving techniques.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross trained in another modality.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains technical competency in the following less frequent order procedure (2 or more years experience).</p> </li><li> <p>Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Education: HS GRAD/EQUIVALENT</p> <p>Other Information:</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>Minimum Experience: one year</p> <p>Desired: 3 years experience in MRI; background in ultrasound or CT scan.</p> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <p>Manual: significant manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity</p> <p>Occupational: Significant occupational risk</p> <p>Physical Effort: Very Heavy effort.
